Strategic Planning Workshop

Here is a two day program which will introduce the attendees to the process of strategic planning. Each participant will receive a copy of our copywrited Planning Process Manual. The facilitator will then guide the group through the ABC/s of strategic planning and do it in such a way as to de-mystify the entire planning process.

You will leave the workshop feeling comfortable with your new found knowledge about how to direct your company into the future. You will:

  • Discover what strategic planning is and isn't
  • Understand the process and how to get "buy in" from the management team
  • Learn which information to gather and how to use it
  • Become acquainted with the laws of the market place
  • Learn how to formulate strategies
  • Find out how to prepare a strategic plan
  • Learn how to make managers accountable for a plan.
