Services
Strategic Planning Consulting Services - We guide the client management team through our copywrited strategic planning process. The goal is to discover the best market strategy, how to organize and allocate resources, and implement.
Strategic Management Groups - Ten to twelve companies who participate in the same industry, but who do not compete, form an association. They meet together on a routine basis to share information, innovate, identify and solve problems. The learning curve is accelerated. The members grow stronger as a result.
Top Management Control Systems - We create the system through which managers manage. High level management reports along with a goal setting process provide accountability. Decision making is simplified and gets right to the heart of the matter.
Strategic Planning Review - For clients who have been through our formal planning process, this program provides the opportunity to educate new members of the management team, review the situation and bring plans up to date.
Strategic Planning Workshop - A two day program which tells all about our strategy planning process, how it works and what it will do for you. Participants are provided with a copy of the planning process manual.
